Description
The Planes restaurant, a former coaching inn, is in the centre of the village of Saillagouse in Pyrénées-Orientales, at an altitude of 1300 metres. The traditional cuisine is served in a rustic wood and stone dining room.
In addition to the restaurant there is also a brasserie, open every day.
For four generations, chefs Henri, Joseph, Henri and Jean-Luc Planes have been producing a range of dishes comprised largely of house and local specialities.
